Plan your New Year, don't just resolve.

Its 27th December 2015, few more days and we will be in 2016.
I see people make many resolutions and end up breaking them all.
I strongly believe that if you can't keep up a resolution on a normal day, there's no guarantee that you will follow it if its a new year resolution.

Instead saying meaningless stuff, go big, make bigger plans, and make a realistic timeline to achieve all those goals. Its a much better exercise to do rather than changing status to your resolution which you will eventually break. The way I see, birthdays and new years are reminders that you are growing old each time you celebrate such occasion. You should be making the most of it every time you celebrate.
With that said I wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year.
God bless you all.
I hope you grow into the right direction and achieve more success.

Love defined... Part 3 : Letting Go

This is the third series of my post Love Defined.
I am not an expert in love but I have had some good and bad experience in love. That makes me good enough to write about it. At least I know how it feels. This post is about in case you can't hold the relationship any longer and someone has to go.

There will be a time when things will go out of control, there could be any reason for this, a third person, family, distance etc. There will be a time in which there can be damage control but there will also be a time where you can do nothing about it. And its really hard to let go. One has to reevaluate his/her complete life, hold the shit together and start from scratch. It changes people. Now we all know that we should not think about past, but when a relationship ends it takes a part of you with it and in that case its very hard to get over it. I suggest in that time you should stop listening to sad songs and get busy in living. Get back with your friends and have fun. It won't help that much but it sure will reduce your alone time. Try to understand that this was meant to be, you were born (also) to be a part of this incomplete love story but that also suggests that this is not the end, there is a lot more. Things you can't see, the future, the bright shining future of yours. Its up to you whether you want to restart or just go to sleep mode.

There will be someone who will hug you so tight that all your broken pieces will fit together and you will forget about all the past. You will feel it, you will start dreaming again. Dreaming is very important, it keeps you alive, never stop dreaming.

Aamir's Intolerance Story Explained

Now I didn't research a lot on this neither do I've time for this. But here are my views.

First of all India is a very big country. We've all types of religions. Why do you care so much what an actor said ? The whole nation is going mad for this. All the keyboard warriors that even an eleven year old can beat are writing post after post and tweet after tweet. Did you even see the interview of Amir Khan I bet no. Where's the logic ? If he wanted to leave the country he would have done it long time ago. And even if he leaves, why the f*** do you care ? Is he your best friend? Anupam uncle ji who's nowhere near such matters when big politicians are involved is boasting like a lion over Amir khan. Rishi uncle who doesn't even speak ever, why he's barking on this issue ? I'll tell you why, Amir's issue is a SAFE issue. Amir is just an actor, and a muslim, and ruling party is BJP. So it's okay to speak now, right ? These Uncle's who should be doing charity work but instead are finding ways to enter into the political party by making themselves heard over a harmless topic. I bet they don't know what it's like to walk on a road in Delhi or Mumbai past 10pm.
Baat karte h saale.

And the media left no stone unturned to make money out if it. And people with their smartphone began posting their judgment as if they have the right to declare Amir guilty.
Imagine all these discussion, protest, resources, media coverage if used in an actual problem would have been really beneficial for this country. But no, everyone wakes up, oh what do I do today? It's a boring day, no spicy news, oh Amir said this ? How dare he? *opens his tweeter* I'll show that %$&*%$%*$$#@$%#@$.

That's it ? Is that you want ?

Resolve an issue like a grown man. For that you need to become a man. And real Men knows any statement made by a single person cannot affect the prestige of a country if rest of us prove it wrong by making it right if you know what I mean.

Grow Up my Indian nationals.
Think beyond these Religious issues.
Humanity is the biggest religion of all.

Vivek Choudhary.

The Decade of your life.

I was born on 25th of November 1991 that makes me 24 years old now.

It's time to reevaluate one's life. I believe and follow a philosophy that the age between 20 to 30 is the most productive and decision making decade of your lifetime. These 10 years either make you or break you. One should know how to utilize this time and make the most of it. Think practically, during these years, you're most energetic, passionate, fresh, powerful. You can use all these powers to make your life more comfortable and reach the state of success. After 30 you'll have your family to worry about, your kids, your ageing parents. You won't be able to focus in one direction. After 30 you can't physically or mentally give enough to your career/business so by then you should make your life comfortable enough to take care of those losses you'll have to deal with.

Then again if you don't want any of the stuff mentioned above and want to live your life like many teenagers, then go travel the world, have fun, party and hangout with friends. Whatever you do, remember, you won't get these 10 years back. So spend wisely.

I've completed 4 years of this decade. And so far I'm in a pretty good position in my career. I've 6 more years but I'll do it in less than that.

Stay focused, work hard, earn respect.
Respect is far more valuable than money.

Follow Traffic Rules.

I never thought I would be writing a blog on this, but everyday I see a lot of people not doing it, so I am trying at least if I can make one person to follow traffic rules via this post, I would be more than happy.
I work at a location not far from home, I drive for 15-20 minutes (depending upon traffic). I use the National Highway no. 8 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway) most of you would know about it, in fact there's a movie NH10 based on this highway. It is very spectacular and one of the most successful highways of India.
The problem is manly people ignoring small things that lead to drastic results, Many times it happens that people change lanes without any indicator, the break zone is not enough, people driving cars with only one headlight (this is extremely dangerous), they don't know the difference and use of high beam and low beam, hazard lights are used for fun and much more.

The other day I saw a guy threw a Coke can on the main road, it's a tin can it can damage the tire and tire could burst, it can disturb the balance of a two-wheeler, imagine a speeding vehicle tripping over a small can. But that guy just finished his coke and felt this urge to get rid of the can that too on the main road. Dear bastard, God bless you and put some sense in you.
India is known for lack of civic sense in people, but they need to realize that this mistakes costs many lives everyday. By obeying traffic rules they don't only save their life but others life too. It's all about being a good citizen, and for this you need to be good human, being a good human is an art. Just do this simple thing which you can and it doesn't cost any money. Drive sensibly make yourself deserving of the road.

Earthquake of 26th Oct 2015 : My experience

First of all I'd like to thank God that I'm alive and in sound condition. But I experienced a near to death situation today. The fear, adrenaline rush I had it all today.

Below are the real events happened with me today on 26th October 2015.

We were all sitting in the office doing our work. My office is in cyber city, Gurgaon, 5th floor   (technically 9th because 0,-1,-2,-3) in infinity towers. I was talking to a colleague and I felt my head spinning it took me a moment to realize it was the building swinging like a pendulum. We all stood up, I took my wallet and phone from my desk and walked towards the fire escape. The boards hanging on the wall were in motion. In the staircase there were people from 9th to ground floor. All moving at normal speed. During our long journey from 5th to ground floor, we could feel the building spinning maybe it was the aftershocks. That constant fear of everything could break, magnitude could increase, we all could die thoughts like this were making many of us nervous. Finally we reached ground floor and out of the building. It was experience of a lifetime. To feel you could die any moment makes you feel alive.

The epicentre was Afghanistan and Pakistan, magnitude was 7.5
More than 250 people died in these countries. May god bless them all and they rest in peace.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

Why do humans fight ?

Lately I was studying the two great wars that our planet witnessed, World War I and World War II

I was shocked to see how inhuman these wars were. Now just these wars, the Partition of India was also kind of  war, millions died in that too. And many more examples are there to prove the madness of human being, and I did not find any good reason that triggered these wars. Just few egoistic men trying to prove they are more powerful than one another ?
The concentration camps, Jews genocide, Sikh genocide, Nazis, Red Army etc this is too much. We need to stop.
There's no guarantee that there won't be a WW III. There are actual plans and strategies of various countries in preparation to WWIII. And trust me if there's a word for it then it exists. Sooner or later it'll happen and that'll be the end of mankind, all thanks to nuclear power.

In various countries that are underdeveloped there are communal riots. That's just great isn't it? You're more into killing other religion people rather than building a great and developed country ?
I mean seriously ? Are you willing to kill someone for a piece of land ? Soldiers are different they follow the chain of command but the one who gives them command, President, Prime Minister whatever, he should have thought this through. Nothing on this earth can justify the death of a single innocent man how can they justify lives of millions of people ?
And what on earth is the problem with man killing over religion. Why can't you all live in peace ?
Is it that hard ? Not at all, I wish to see a world where no one is scared of anyone.

God bless all.
Show them the path to harmony.

Love defined... Part 2 : The first love

This is about those who could not get their first love and will walk on the earth knowing that they will love her forever but they can't do anything about it. It's just a bunch of memories, a lot of memories that made them laugh someday but now gives just pain and we often smile through that pain looking at the sky, It feels so helpless.

No matter how many years go by, that one person just don't fade away from our memories. What makes that person so special ? Why no one else can fill that gap ? well its the first experience of love, people are honest, they don't know the rules, can't figure out whats the truth or they just don't see it, Love makes people blind. I knew a girl who dated a guy 10 years older than her we all knew it would end badly and it did, why we were able to see it but she couldn't ? Because she was in love, that's what love does. A few lucky couples like Lilly and Marshall gets it, but majority of us are like Ted/Robin.

Its kind of simple to understand it though, whatever we do for the first time we most probably mess it up. We are not perfect but this is something which hurts real bad, and the worst part is no one knows what you are going through and you can't explain it also. The first time you rode bicycle, you fell right ? everyone did. Even though our parents were there to support us and help us but we still fell many times and finally we learned it. In case of love, the first one happens when we are too young to understand, its called first crush, and majority of these crushes are not even realistic, e.g crush on teacher, crush on a college girl next door etc. But crush is one sided. Let's talk about the first relationship, the complete one, the mutual one. Pretty exciting right, saying "I love you" getting the same 3 words back from her feels amazing or the first time right. Everything is beautiful all you can think about is your partner, you get used to it, not a single day goes by when you don't talk to her. That first kiss, I bet this is one memory you'll take to the grave. But this very first relationship ends, and the one who was honest and committed to it gets hurt, there could be many reasons but it doesn't matter. All you can do is cry, that too alone.
I am a realistic and I have been there too, it took me more than a year to get over that breakup.
But we can't let our past ruin the present and future. I would suggest accept reality as soon as possible, let the memories be there but, start making new ones.

Love does not recognize the terms hide and seek. When it happens, it becomes visible without any fear or hesitation.

P.S
God bless all those who were hurt due to this in life.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show

I was switching TV channels on a random morning, I stopped at one because the cute lady was saying something on the show and I decided to hear her out.
It was The Ellen DeGeneres Show, I have never seen it before but for some reasons I decided not to switch channels ahead and give it a try, and it was awesome. I got some new information (or old I am assuming it was late Indian telecast) from it too, like Obama in trailer of Dancing with stars, official announcement of Finding Dory by Pixar and Ellen.

So on this episode (Season 13 Episode 09) Ellen was trying to kick football and she asked a girl to come up on stage and try, the girl tried, she was filled with enthusiasm. That girl was so excited and jumping, extremely happy to be on the show. Then later Ellen showed her the car they were about to give that girl, you know the reaction when people get expensive stuff on TV shows, it was the same but this show is something different. If you take different types of show, a comedy show, musical show, a celebrity show (this type is so common that those too frequent celebs will soon be common) and human-interest stories, oh I forgot one "the 15 minutes fame" so take them all and put it in a grinder ,mix them well and the juice will be The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Its good, unique and a whole package deal. And I will give the credit to the entire team of this show and Ellen.
With this blog I am doing my little bit to encourage the makers/presenter of  a quality show,
Great Show guys and Ellen.

P.S
I am happy for the girl that got the car, god bless her :)

Ownership - The Corporate World

All those who work in corporate industry know what its like when the manager comes to you and asks about a problem, now if you whine about it, its not a good idea. You need to take ownership in the job you do. If you are assigned to do a job then all the headache is yours, the issues you will face, the solutions, everything. You are supposed to get the job done no matter what issues you face, if you have a problem then do not speak until you have a solution to it. If you take a good look at all the successful people out there you will find that, all of them know their job, they take their time, they get the job done.

I am writing about ownership because I come across many people who do not take responsibility in their actions, and I just don't get it, when it comes to appreciation everyone is like *me* but when it comes to criticism they are like *he*. Its not good morally and socially too, you will lose respect.
When you take ownership, you might be taking responsibility for many people's mistake but that makes the difference, Ownership takes you to the next level, eventually you will realize the management notices your work and people respect you more. You will soon be one of those guys who makes the decision. But all this will happen if you follow some basic rules
-I get paid by the company I should be loyal to it.
-I should respect the company because I get respect because of it.
-I am assigned to work on this project and I will give my best.

Always remember, you will get the best if you give the best. Don't think you work gets unnoticed, never ever, everything you do, all your actions are noticed, so make sure you leave a good impression.
The theory of survival of the fittest fits at all scenarios.
Take ownership and you will see the difference.

Hate the culprit, not the entire community. A Bajrangi Bhaijaan review.

Honestly I did not expect much from this movie but the message it conveyed successfully and in a very cute/simple way is incredible. In our country (India), everyone knows two major Religions Hinduism and Islam, and due to British divide and rule policy (may be some other reasons too) there is a huge difference between these two communities. When our country was divided and a new nation Pakistan was formed, it was stated that the population will not be divided, but sadly it did not happen and we all know millions of people lost their lives in that horrifying event.

Since then, India and Pakistan are two nations who play cricket, fight battles, and much more. But I do not understand the reason we hate Pakistan ? That's because I am a man of reasons, logic, facts. You cannot hate the entire population of a nation just because of terrorism or government, there are terrorists in India too and they destruct their own country but does that mean we start hating our own country ?
These are my personal opinion. No harm intended to anyone.

The movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan enlightens the same concept of communal harmony. And I agree to it.
The character of Salman is named Pawan after "Pawan-sut" a devotee of Lord Hanuman. It justifies the reasons that he don't lie in entire movie, it is brilliant. And the compassion he feels for the girl is just right, even after knowing she is muslim and from Pakistan.  The Hanuman Chalisa is used at the right time and the music is impressive, it feels strong when you hear it that time. Simplicity of Salman and innocent smile make the character more believable. The director has done a great job. A typical Brahman Indian family is also portrayed quite well. Kareena fits well in the movie.
The climax is well written and brilliantly performed.

It turned out to be a great movie, defining the damaged relations of two countries.
You should watch it.

Love defined

Its not that you see someone you liked them and you are in love, it doesn't work that way.
You need to be head over heals to fall in love, you actually don't do it, it just happens, that's the beauty of it. If you think you can love someone, you are wrong, If you feel you have to have them everyday, every second in your life else you will feel incomplete the whole time, that my friend is called love.

For girls I don't know how it works, but for guys, they are flirt, they all are trust me, but a little healthy flirting doesn't mean he is not loyal to his girlfriend, it just a natural way to lighten the mood and to make that girl feel special and wanted once in a while. If a girl takes healthy flirting in a good way that means she is mature enough to understand whats going on. Jealousy is something that has no cure, you trust your partner that's it, if he/she is lying, betraying you then it will naturally come around and then you will have a choice to forgive or to move on. That's a crucial time, I personally will advise you to move on because once a cheater is always a cheater.

If you are single and disappointed that you will ever find love or not, just hang in there, your time will come and when it will come it will be more beautiful than you ever imagined. When you will fall in love, every shitty thing will seem beautiful to you, people who bothered you wont even matter, you will wait to see the one you love and when you will see the person, you will get butterflies in your stomach and that's the wonderful feeling you will ever feel.
It's all actually kind of dream, you know how dreams are so realistic you can't tell if it was a
dream.

Many people think true love is no more, people just get into relationships to use each other, but ask me I have loved someone truly, we are not together, but I wish her a happy and better life, I know we will never be together, she is a wonderful girl who understand feelings and knows how to respect other's feelings. I wish her all the good things in life. God bless you.

For me love is not to get, it should be unconditional, we look for profit in every goddam thing on earth, love should be unconditional, otherwise its not love. It will be a business transaction.
Believe me true love is still out there, you just need to wait or identify the one and get going.
Hope, Faith, Peace, Love, Believe.

The Anti-Social Network

Hi everyone,

I want you all to take good 5 minutes of your lives and give this idea a piece of your mind.
The cellphone we use, majorly for Social Network, I couldn't be more straight here, "Just stop over doing it"

You are thinking you are closer to the person you love but actually you are going away. These networks are here for communication, not to live your life on a wall. I go to facebook once or twice a day (Actually I am a YouTube addict) just to see what my friends are up to and after scrolling for 30 seconds I am back in the real world, with people who are with me. In future when you won't have the bones to walk, the courage to jump, the passion to ride, you will regret each and every unproductive second spent here on these cobwebs of internet.

You need to make most of everything we have, because life may seem long, but its actually really small when you begin to realize the joy of small things. You may not realize this, just have a look the facts below.
Users send out 58 million tweets per day, with 9,100 happening every second. However, there are 222 million Twitters who just watch other people’s tweets. There are 684,478 pieces of content shared on Facebook; 3,600 new photos on Instagram; 2,083 check-ins on Foursquare during every minute of everyday. People are spending 1 out of every 7 minutes on Facebook when online. Facebook users typically are spending 10.5 Billion minutes (almost 20,000 years) on the social network. And, that’s excluding mobile devices. See 20,000 Years, we can't even begin to imagine how valuable and priceless piece of time is wasted and it goes on.

If you are applying for a new job, you know your chances of getting that job may be so much reduced because of your social networking website profile page? Often employs search for applicant’s social networking website’s profile page to know more about you.  Maybe you have put some humorous pics in your profile or maybe you have entered wrong information (maybe just for fun) in your profile.  Your employer will be shocked to see all that and you will not be given the job offer.

Just think all of the technology is here to help you, not to become so dependent on it that when you do not have it, you can't live anymore. Clicking pictures of food before eating it, taking risky selfies just to get more likes, getting jealous because of less number of followers or likes, writing about your personal life in public, please stop all this, this makes you look pathetic and desperate.

Remember who you are, act accordingly.

To take credit or not ?

It's an odd topic and I am here to clear few things.
Whatever we do in life has a purpose, a motive, an outcome. That's why we do things right ?
But what about hobbies ? Dancing, Singing, Playing games etc. What do they do ?
You don't get paid for playing counter strike, nfs, candy crush. Then why do we do it ?

Its simple, because we like it, we love doing these things, it helps us and cheer us up.
Hobby can be anything at all, from serious research to staring at an empty wall. But whatever man, it makes us happy that's why we do it. Just like all these thing writing is also a hobby. but then people question you, you must have copied it from somewhere. I get accused many times for my blog, but people who say so are the ones who haven't read any of my post. Also they do not understand the concept of hobby. Someone did the same thing a while ago, but thanks to him he gave me the idea to write this one. He did one any of you would have done when you see my blog, its a work of years which I have put in it. Now, I also do not get paid for writing then why do I do it ? It's simple, first of all, I love to share whatever I learn with people, I believe if all of us were well educated then half of our problems would disappear. I don't do it for credit, that's what professional writers do. I write for myself, to express myself, to save my thoughts from being lost in this fast world. Our soldiers who fight to save us do not take credit, the secret service where unnamed people save our life. Credit is overrated (I say overrated a lot). When I woke up today, many people did not, So am I superior from them ? No. When I drove to work I did not hit any vehicle, Does that make me perfect driver ? No. Whatever we do, just remember there is someone out there who can do the same thing a lot better than you but the difference is he understands making a difference is more important than making an impression.

It's simple guys if you are doing it to impress others then you are a stupid a very stupid person.
Remember guys there is a lot more than taking credit, for example, to live.

The key to success

There are a lot more than 6 billion people on our planet. But only few are successful and rest of us are trying hard to reach on the top. What's the difference between us and them ? Are they chosen ? Are they special ? Do they posses any kind of superpower ? I believe the answer to all these questions is NO.

So what makes them so different ? Well I am 23 years old, I have my own beliefs and I am just expressing myself here. But you will find the answer everywhere. Heard that story "Thirsty Crow" ?
I bet yes, what he wanted was water otherwise he would have died due to dehydration, So to be realistic he wanted to live and the thing that he needed the most at that point of time was water. It's a bird yet somehow in the story it figures out Archimedes' principle. It's just a bird and we were made believe in school that the birds figures out the law of physics fundamental to fluid mechanics.

It's just a story, there's no proof that such incident ever took place. We can say our ancestors used this story to teach us an important lesson. What's your takeaway from this story ? Intelligence ? Hardwork ? Well actually No. It's all about initiative, the bird had to do something, the bird initiated something. We all have many many ideas, but how many of them we actually implement ? The first and very basic step is to take initiative, no matter how big or small, just do something towards the thing you want to achieve.

You like that girl ?  Ask her out.
You scared of the dark ? Go in the dark.
You have problems ?  Do the RCA.

You want to achieve success ?
Think it through, generate ideas, run theory, then choose one idea and implement it.
Success, money are kinda big deals, so your initiative should be big to.
The bird needed water when he was thirsty.
We also need water, if we are thirsty we can figure out ways to drink water.
Let's change the basic idea, we are not thirsty, we need water like once twice a day to survive.
But we need to breathe every time, you don't breathe you don't live.

When you will feel the urge to get success like you do to breathe.
My friend you will realize your vision and you will become a successful person at that very moment.

Understanding Hypocrisy in Office, College, School.

Before I start writing, I would like to thank my friend AK for giving me the idea for this one.

Why people are hypocrite ?

Answer is simple, people who fake it are the one who can't make it.
Well that's not entirely true. Me and AK have been faking it since many years.
And we definitely, can make it.

To understand this lets go back a few years. The school time. Now in school either you are the bully or you get bullied, you may be thinking oh I was not bullied, neither did I bully someone. But I am here to tell you if you were not bullied, then Yes you were a bully. Remember when you were laughing at that kid who fell down? or You made fun of that kid who did not speak much, did not have any friends, secretly loved a beautiful girl but never had balls to talk to her. Cut this short you made fun of everyone who was weird or polite or gullible or WEAK.

Then it all starts, the who's being bullied learns a lesson, a lessons that teaches him that straight trees are the first to touch the ground. So he decides to do things that look real but ain't real. In simple words he learns how to deal with a hypocrite.

Me and AK often discuss this person was talking shit about me behind my back what we ought to do about this ? We ignore shit unless it starts hurting our prestige. Once the shit reaches an alarming stage we definitely have to stop it somehow.

First start talking to that person, find out why he is shitting all over about you rather than minding his own business. It takes great communication skills to do such sort of thing. Also you ought to be a real smart ass. But what about the loners, the hermits ? The main reason they can't accomplish this task is because they are shy, they don't know how to be social. I am one of them. In that case the best way is to become a hypocrite. Start faking it and keep calm. Once you master the art, you will realize that people are realizing that rumors ain't affecting you. They will eventually stop. But you gotta have a lot of patience. We live in world where half of the people are somehow some sort of sadist. They enjoy watching you hurt, when you react outrageously. Stop losing your cool for their entertainment. For instance, my colleagues were discussing some shit I don't give a rats ass about, somehow they were on a topic climbing a mountain and out of nowhere they pointed at me with a comment "Choudhary wouldn't even climb 200 meters". You know what I did? Nothing, because I know how many mountain I've been on, I belong to mountains (Himachal Pradesh), I'm a chain smoker and I completed a 10 fucking kilometers marathon couple of months ago. But I didn't say anything. I kept my cool and as usual their discussion about how shitty their lives are continued. Now if only I had boasted about my stamina we would've gotten into an argument and who knows but things get worse when I argue. So that comment of his went null, void, flop, no harm done to me. That's how we save ourselves from stupid arguments.

Other example, people see you going out with somebody of opposite sex. Be it office, college, school, you're the news my friend. If you had a fight with somebody then if the person is mature he'll get over it, otherwise he will start thinking of ways to bring you down. In both the example you don't know who's with you or who's against you. So first start believing in your instinct. Stay careful about what you discuss and do not discuss any personal stuff you never know if that information would be used as a weapon against you and you will sit and think "fuck, I gave him the Kalashnikov he's firing at me" this will be like insulting your injury.

The one rule you should remember at such places - Take with a grain of salt.

It's simple fellas if you start taking shit seriously, your life will become a shit sooner or later. So make time for important things. Do not make a lot of friends, but make trustworthy, meaningful friends. Be smart, always learn something. This will make you more productive.

Why we are here ? Purpose of our lives.

Every day we wake up and do what we ought to do. Family, friends, and work.

That’s all we do.

My question is, Is that it? Is that all we are supposed to do in this beautiful world?
I get it some of you might be wondering our world is not that beautiful because of some unwanted creatures and the problems they create for us. Crime now I won't go into detail about what kind of crimes are there. We should rather focus on the beauty of this world.
For some of you, beauty is in a girl, boy, drugs, love, sex, nature, alcohol, cigarette, movies, technology, and whatnot.

But do you really spend a considerate amount of your valuable time in this world with things you love?

When I wake up every day I think about my purpose in this life, whenever I am not working, this is all I think about. I party, smoke, and have fun with friends but when I am not doing any of this all I am doing is thinking hard about it.

Everything that happens, happens for a bloody reason. That is a fact I understand very well.
Every step we take, and everything we do leads to an action, and that action my friend leads to a reaction. So whenever we do something good, not for ourselves but for others, it creates a ripple effect that automatically generates a reaction, and needless to say that reaction will be good for sure. The more gratitude you show the more thankful you are the more of it you attract (sorry I get carried away towards the law of attraction) But remember this, this stuff always works. No matter how little you do but make it a good deed. Feeding biscuits to a street dog, helping someone cross the road whatever you can do just do it. It won't take long, you don't have to spend any money. You'll get eternal satisfaction, try it once. You'll feel you were born to do this, to save humanity. A soldier does his work in LOC, you ought to do your work in society, if you can't clean the streets just don't spoil it. If you can't heal a heart just don't hurt it. If you can't make someone happy just don't make him cry.

In the end, it won't matter how you did, but it'll matter what you did, and they'll remember you for what you did. It's your duty to make sure they remember you with love in their eyes.

A day and night full of terror + horror

All contents of this post are based on real events that happened to me on 12th February 2015.

Let's cut the chase to 2:30PM, it's time when I leave home for the office. I've to cross the border and enter Gurgaon so I prefer public transport to avoid traffic. I took a bus to the Kapashera border then as usual a shared cab for the cyber city. The cab covers the whole of udyog vihar then comes cyber city. So as the journey started we saw people rushing in our direction in bulk. I better mention that on a normal day no one gives a shit and no one talks to anyone. In about 2 minutes we saw a huge number of people rushing or you can say running in our direction, we saw blood on some people's faces and clothes. Everyone was wondering what happened is it a riot or something. We tried asking people but they wouldn't talk just told us to turn around they were beating people ahead. A returning driver told our driver to take another route from Ram Chowk but our driver was kinda brave or stupid I'm still confused. He didn't back off. Meanwhile, people were still running. I better mention udyog vihar is an industrial area with a huge number of laborers working there. Finally, we turned around since the road was blocked. We took the Ram Chowk route there were Police in one street blocking the way but then later I first time witnessed Public Outrage, a factory or building I don't know it's next to the NIIT building was in terrible condition. I'll describe it but inside the cab, one supercool dude with his fancy SkullCandy headphones was scared to hell continuously asking the driver to drop him. And everyone was talking to everyone like best friends.

This is what Human nature is, fear brings them together. So at the speed of walking pedestrians, we crossed that trouble-making building, actually, a worker died there so all the other workers were destroying the building, an Omni van and a truck were destroyed already. I saw people beating other people as we crossed. You wouldn't know the feeling anytime a stone could break our window but thanks to god we successfully crossed it. Later we saw some police vans coming. It was a relief that it'll come to an end soon.

On 13th February I'd learn that " The quiet boulevards of Udyog Vihar, the manufacturing hub in Gurgaon, resembled a war zone on Thursday as nearly 1,000 industrial workers went on a vandalism spree from factory to factory, damaging machinery, burning cars and bikes and smashing furniture. Eleven factory buildings had suffered various degrees of damage and at least 100 cars were targeted, some of them upended and set on fire along with bikes in the middle of the road, resulting in losses worth crores. Several policemen and factory workers were among the injured." As quoted by Times Of India.

That was a real happening event but in the office, I went through some horrific episodes. It's more like a myth or something. But the 5th floor where I work is said to be a haunting place. 90% of staff leaves at 6 pm which leaves an empty floor. I didn't even notice it was scary until someone mentioned it. So it's like lights out you're all alone going to the washroom. Everything is pretty huge and window curtains sound, that electric sounds from machinery, doors closing after a while you open them, the reflection in glass walls, empty seats. It all was suddenly in my mind and a few stories were told to me like the sound of anklets, toilet flushing even doors open, and the eye of a girl in a picture(A picture that said don't waste food with a girl looking at you with a plate in her hand). I was still in shock from the afternoon's incident and this scary shit was on my mind. I'm talking 12:20am it's actually scary. I felt it tonight, all other days when I used to roam around these empty corridors fearlessly were gone. I was scared and that scene from Annabel when during the kitchen fire the lady is pulled back was on my mind out of nowhere still at lightning speed I made it back to my department.

Now the office cab dropped me home at 1:05AM, it's a farmhouse with lots of trees and on the left side there's agricultural land the farmhouse. I entered the farmhouse the guards closed the gates behind me. I started walking, and I heard an anklet sound, I stopped that very moment, and looked back I was at a distance of about 100 meters from the gate. The guards asked what happened sir I said nothing. The same thing happened again I wanted to turn around and ask one of the guards to escort me home but due to my ego, I didn't. I walked in that terrifying sound for 200 meters approximately only to discover it was the sound of two coins in my pocket. I was relieved, I had to walk 800 meters to reach home once I enter the farmhouse so I increased my speed and reached the checkpoint, the guards had their bonfires going on. The last thing, I swear to god there was a cat on our door I almost got a heart attack but she ran away.

Here I am safe and sound at home. it's 2 AM, and the conclusion is, your thoughts become reality. The more you think about something the more it bothers you.

The Lesson

I'm a bit of an arrogant guy at times. I think and judge a lot but I keep my opinion to myself. Today something happened that made me think that we ain't always right or it's not right at all to think that what you're thinking is absolutely correct. At times we run into arguments and we don't even realize that instead of proving who's right we begin to prove who's ego is bigger. We totally neglect that other person's opinion.

Let's take an example of what happened today. There is a smoking zone in my building and it's on the outskirts of the building so it's kinda open to natural air from all sides. It's pretty much cool though and there's room for many people. But since it's cold so many people don't actually enter the smoking zone but they just stand at its entrance and smoke. Just to avoid the cold breeze or sometimes heavily chilled strokes of cold air. The point is I'm one of those people in fact I was till today. There are guards who politely tell people to smoke inside the zone. But thanks to our huge ego of class and band we don't listen to them. Today I went to the zone and started smoking outside the zone. The guard came to me and asked me to smoke in the zone since I was in a hurry so I went inside

A couple of minutes later I saw a few suits "Higher level officials" smoking outside, the guard came again and surprisingly didn't say anything to them and returned. After finishing my cigarette I went straight to that guard and asked "Why this discrimination? You told me to go and didn't say anything to them? "
The guard politely apologized and said "Sir I feel ashamed that I'm illiterate but still I've to tell you literate people to follow the instructions mentioned in that Sign Board. If you are offended I won't say a word to you smoke anywhere you want"

I was like this guy showed me that irrespective of my position in my band I'm so wrong so bloody wrong in following something which is meant to be followed by every literate and socially responsible person. I was wrong on so many levels that I couldn't face this man. I came to argue why he allowed others and refused to allow me, but the basic point in my whole argument would have been based on my irresponsibility. I stood there for like 5 seconds totally speechless. Somehow I managed to say "I'm sorry" and walked away. So before judging others judge yourself. If you believe you're right maybe you're on some levels but not all and that other guy might be correct on one of the remaining levels.
